MALAY SAVOURY RECIPE (SNACK)

CHAKOI
Ingredient;
Plain Flour - 1.2kg
Sugar - 45gm
Water - 1liter
Salt - 15gm
Dry Yeast - 30gm
Baking Powder - 20gm
Method,
Mix all ingredients and let the dough to proof within one hour.After the proof make dough into strip in 2cm width and 10 cm long.Then heat the oil and deep fried until golden brown.Serve with coconut jam spread or honey
