BANANA CAKE

INGREDIENTS;
400 gm banana
300 gm caster sugar
4 eggs
10 gm ovalette
500 gm plain flour
3 tspn bicarbonate of soda
1 tspn baking powder
250 ml fresh milk
200 ml oil(any type cooking oil)

METHOD;
Cream banana and sugar.Put in eggs one by one while mixing.Then add in flour and milk alternately.Lastly stir in the oil and put in baking tray and bake for 35 minutes in 200c oven temperature.
