INGREDIENTS;
180 gm butter
180 gm caster sugar
3 eggs(beaten)
190 gm self raising flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
METHOD;
Mix butter and sugar until creamy.Then put vanilla and eggs,after well mix fold in the flour.Heat the oven to 190c.Put the batter in the cupcakes casing and bake for 15 minutes.
