SQUID,ROCKET AND CHILLI SALAD

INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING;
1 lemon (juice only)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 red chilli (deseeded and finely chopped)
salt to taste

SALAD;
1 large handful of rocket
1/2 cucumber julienne
2 tbsp coriander leaves
100gm mangetout (blanched and slice)
300 gm cleaned squid  ,sliced and blanched

METHOD;
In a bowl mix all ingredients to make dressing.Then put in all the salad ingredients in the bowl and mix well.Transfer to servihg plates and it ready to serve.
