MALAY SAVOURY (SNACK)

CURRY PUFF
Ingredients for dough ;
Ghee - 1kg
Plain flour - 3.3kg
Salt - 50gm
Water - 3liter
Method;
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.Let it rest for 1/2 hour.Then roll the dough to 1mm thick then cut using a round cutter.After cutting put aside n cover with damp cloth.
